Chilli Chicken Masala fry



Ingredients

1 lb. Chicken
1 tbsp. chilli chicken masala
Salt to taste
1 tsp. Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp. oil
Cilantro

Method

Ø  Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan.  Add chilli chicken masala and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Ø  Add salt and ginger garlic paste. Fry for a minute.
Ø  Add chicken and mix with masalas. Fry till done.
Ø  Garnish with cilantro.
