Ingredients
2 cup cauliflower florets
1 cup all-purpose flower
½ cup corn flour
½ onion
½ inch ginger
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp chilli powder
1 cup bread crumbs (optional)
Salt to tast
Oil for deep frying
Method
Ø Wash cauliflower florets.
Ø Grind onion, ginger and garlic, make a fine paste.
Ø In a mixing bowl, mix all-purpose flower with corn flower, onion paste, chilli powder and salt. Add little bit water and mix. The batter should be idli batter consistency. Don’t add too much water.
Ø Dip the cauliflower in this batter (and bread crumbs). Deep fry them.
