Chicken Pepper Fry

Basic recipe is from Chef. Damodharan. I just changed according to my taste.


 
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breast
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp dhania powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 medium onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp sombu
Cilantro, curry leaves, oil, salt

Method

Ø  Marinate chicken with chilli powder, dhania powder, turmeric powder, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, sombu and salt for at least 30 minutes.
Ø  Heat oil in a pan, add sombu, curry leaves and onion. Fry till translucent.
Ø  Now add marinated chicken and fry well. Do not add water. Once it is ready add pepper powder and cilantro.
