Vegetable Puff

Ingredients


Potatoes
100gm (Boiled, peeled and mashed)
Peas
¼ cup
Onion
1 Chopped
Green Chillies
2 Chopped
Seasoning seeds
few
Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp
Chilli Powder
1 tsp
Dhania Powder
1 tsp
Ginger/Garlic Paste
1 tsp
Oil
1 tbsp
Curry Leaves
 
Salt
To taste
Puff Pastry Sheet

Method


  1. Heat oil in a pan, sauté mustard, cumin seeds. Then add onion, green chillie and fry well.
  2. Add ginger/garlic paste, curry leaves and turmeric powder – fry well.
  3. Add mashed potatoes, peas and salt. Cook until it is tender.
  4. Sprinkle coriander powder, chilli powder and cilantro leaves. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  5. Cut each puff sheet into 5 pieces.
  6. Unfold the layers, stuff with potato curry and fold usinf some water.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F and place the puffs in a baking tray. Bake them until golden brown for 20 to 30 minutes.
