Ingredients


Milk
1 litre
Almonds
15
Pista
15
Cashew
15
Sugar



Method


  1. Grind almonds, pista, and cashew finely.
  2. Use thick bottom vessel to boil the milk. Reduce the stove into low heat.
  3. Every 3 minutes, remove paladai from the milk and keep aside.
  4. When milk becomes ¼ litre, add the nuts powder, sugar and paladai. Stir well.
  5. Switch off. Let it cool completely.
  6. Keep it in the fridge. Before serving garnish with chopped nuts.
