SPICY CHICKEN GRAVY



Ingredients
     
Chicken
1 pound
G/g paste
2 tsp
Whole spices

 
Turmeric powder
½ tsp
Cumin powder
1 tsp
Fennel powder
1 tsp
Garam masala
½ tsp
Chilli powder
2 ½ tsp
Coriander powder
1 tsp
Onion
½
Tomato
1
Cocont milk
5 tbsp
Oil, salt, curry leaves


















Method


  1. Heat oil in a pan, fry whole spices. Add g/g paste and fry.
  2. Add onion fry till light brown.
  3. Add tomato and cook well.
  4. Add all masala powders and salt – mix them.
  5. Add chicken pieces and cook.
  6. Add coconut milk, little bit water – reduce the flame and cook.
  7. Add curry leaves.
