Ingredients


Raw Rice
1 Kg
Jaggery
1 ½ Kg
Cardamom
6
Oil
To fry


Method


  1. Soak rice and let it dry lightly on the towel. Powder with cardamom coarsely.
  2. Make jaggery syrup by adding little bit water till string consistency.
  3. Mix this syrup with the flour and keep this mixture for 2 days.
  4. After two days, make small balls with the help of oil and put a hole in the center, deep fry it.
  5. If the mixture is hard add hot water.
