Red Wine Cake

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 ¼ cups sugar
¾ cup oil
2 ¼ cups flour      
1 tbsp. baking powder
¾ cup red wine
¾ cup ground hazelnuts
1 cup grated chocolate
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 ¼ cup semisweet chocolate coverture
Method
Preheat oven to 400 F.  Beat eggs and sugar until light and creamy. Add oil and wine. Stir in hazelnuts, chocolate and flour mixed with baking powder and cinnamon.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in bottom rack of the oven for 50 – 60 minutes.  Let it cool.
Melt coverture in a double boiler and use to frost cooled cake.
