Mutton Cutlet

 

 

Ingredients


Mutton
1/4kg
Potato
1 (Cook and Mashed)
Ginger/Garlic paste
1 tsp
Chilli powder
1 tsp
Dhania powder
1 tsp
Sombu
¼ tsp
Salt
To taste
Egg whites
From 1 egg
Bread crumbs
Oil
For deep frying
Onion
1 chopped
Green chillies
2 chopped
Cilantro Leaves
Garam masala
½ tsp



Method


  1. Cook mutton in the pressure cooker. Grind it coarsely.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add sombu, onion, ginger/garlic paste, green chillies and fry well.
  3. Add mutton, potato, chilli powder, dhania powder and salt. Mix it well
  4. Finally add, garam masala and cilantro leaves. Switch off.
  5. Let it cool for few minutes.
  6. Then, make flat balls or any shape.
  7. Dip into the egg whites (or maida) and bread crumbs
  8. Deep fry them.
