CHICKEN CHOPS

Ingredients

           
Chicken
½ kg
Tomatoes
3
Onion
1
Curry powder
¼ cup
G/g paste
1 tbsp
Chilli powder
1 ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder
½ tsp
Cilantro, mint leaves
¼ cup
Garam masala
½ tsp
Curd
½ cup
Salt, oil, lemon juice















Method


  1. Marinate chicken with half the amount of the following with salt for ½ an hour: chilli powder, curry powder, turmeric, g/g paste.
  2. Heat oil in apan, fry onion till golden brown.
  3. Add g/g paste, tomatoes – fry well.
  4. Add ¾ th of cilantro and little bit of mint leaves.
  5. Add chilli powder, curry powder, turmeric and mix well.
  6. Add salt and curd – mix well.
  7. After that add chicken and mix well – Don’t add water.
  8. Cook till done. Add garam masala, curry leaves, cilantro and mint leaves.
  9. Switch off and add lemon juice.

Note

           
            We can do the other way – deep-fry the marinated chicken and then proceed.
