Ingredients


Rava
1 cup
Maida
¼ cup
Sugar
2 tsp
Salt
A pinch
Ghee, water

Coconut
1 cup
Sugar

Porikadalai
Optional
Oil

Method


  1. Mix sugar and coconut well. This is pooranam.
  2. Mix rava, maida, sugar (2 tsp), ghee and water. Make dough.
  3. Divide into small balls.
  4. Spread maida little bit, and knead it very thin and put little bit pooranam and paste the sides.
  5. Deep-fry them.
