Ingredients
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
1 medium size onion- cut into small pieces
6 green chillies
¼ cup grated coconut
Salt to taste
Oil, curry eaves, mustard
Method
Ø Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and curry leaves. Add onion and green chillies, fry till translucent.
Ø Now, add cabbage and carrot. Cover and cook on low flame.
Ø Once done, add salt and coconut. Mix well.
