Ingredients
3 boiled potatoes (cut into fine pieces)
1 medium size onion- cut into small pieces
6 green chillies
4 garlic cloves
¼ tsp. turmeric powder
¼ cup grated coconut (optional)
Salt to taste
Oil, curry eaves, mustard
Method
Ø Heat oil in a pan, add mustard , curry leaves and crushed garlic. Fry till the garlic is done.
Ø Add onion and green chillies, fry till translucent.
Ø Now, add potatoes and turmeric powder. Sauté well.
Ø Once done, add salt and coconut. Mix well.
