Steamed Broccoli


Ingredients

1 lb. broccoli florets
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
½ cup water 

Method

Boil water in a sauté pan. Add broccoli, salt & pepper. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Then, open the lid and toss gently till the water evaporates, another 1 minute. Do not overcook. Serve with dip.

Ingredients for Dip

1/2 cup mayonnaise
 1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
 2 tablespoons cream-style horseradish sauce
 1/3 teaspoon paprika
 1/4 teaspoon salt
 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
 1 pinch ground black pepper
 1/3 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method

Combine all of the dip ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate.
