Chicken twenty-twenty


I went to the restaurant and looked up the menu items. All the items were in different names. That was twenty-twenty cricket season. So, I ordered this item and the taste was something new. So, I wanted to try this item at my home. I tried and got the exact taste. I just wanted to share this with you. You can also try this different item.

Ingredients

2 lb. chicken

3 tsp. chilli powder

1 tbsp. corn flour

2 tsp. ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp, kasoori methi

1 egg

1 medium onion, chopped

1 tomato, chopped

3 green chillies, slit

1 tbsp. tomato sauce

Dash of red color (optional)

Salt to taste

Oil - deep fry

Fried noodles, cilantro for garnish 

Method

Ø  Marinate chicken with 3 tsp. chilli powder, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste,egg, salt and kasoori methi for atleast 30 minutes.

Ø  Deep fry them.

Ø  Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry till translucent. Then, add tomato, green chillies. Sauté the tomatoes till done.

Ø  Once tomatoes are done add chilli powder and salt. Now, add tomato sauce, red color. Mix well.

Ø  Mix well with fried chicken till the masala coats with the chicken.

Ø  Garnish with fried noodles and cilantro.
