Mashed Potatoes


Ingredients
Potatoes 4lb
Butter 12 tbsp
Water ½ cup
Half and half 1 ¼ cup + ¼ cup
Salt ¾ tsp

Method
Ø  Cut the potatoes into half inch. Rinse. Melt 4 tbsp. of butter in medium heat, add potatoes, water, 1 ¼ cup half and half and salt. Toss them.

Ø  Simmer the stove, cover and cook until soft. Remove from the heat. Add 8 tbsp. of butter.

Ø  Mash the potato using masher. Add 1/4 cup half and half milk. Fold it.
