Idiappam


Ingredients

1 cup boiled rice
1 tablespoon oil
Salt

Method

Ø  Soak rice for 6 hours and grind finely (smooth paste). Splash water if required.

Ø  Heat oil in a pan, add the paste and stir continuously till not sticky.

Ø  Use idiappm mold, make idiappam while it’s hot. Cook.
